I am Mingzhi Yu, a Ph.D. student currently studying computer science at the University of Pittsburgh. I received Bachelor of Science degree(computer science major) from the University of Delaware in 2015.

My research interest is generally in the Natural Language Processing area. I previous research experience is on discourse analysis and information retrieval. And I also interested in speech recognition and machine learning in NLP.

I have been working in the NLP for several years. I enjoy studying the human language from the perspective of the computer. And I have also been working with computer for several years. I am able to code with different languages and frameworks, to design with engineering thinking and to collaborate with different levels of interaction.
